What will YOU bring? - High school diploma or equivalent. - 2-5 Years HVAC installation experience - HVAC degree (EPA) or equivalent - Strong customer service skills - Strong mechanical aptitude PAY TRANSPARENCY:   The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$22hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. What Will You Bring! - 5+ years as an HVAC Service Technician - Residential HVAC experience - Strong communication and customer service skills - Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems Pay Transparency:   The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $100k-$200K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
