What Will You Do?

  • Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications!
  • Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
  • Properly connect equipment.
  • Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems!
  • Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information!

What will YOU bring?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 Years HVAC installation experience
  • HVAC degree (EPA) or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

 

The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$22hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good-faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
