Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
  • Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
  • Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations.
  • Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
  • Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
  • Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.

Qualifications

  • HVAC experience is not required, but a plus.
  • B2C Sales Experience or aptitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

 

Pay Transparency:  

 

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $100K-$220k Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

Qualifications

 

  • HVAC experience is not required, but a plus
  • Proven sales experience, B2C preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it's commission-based fully. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
