What you’ll do: Inside Sales Representative

  • Lead “rehash” efforts on sales leads that were not closed by our outside sales Comfort Consultants
  • Provide effective customer service and utilize sales negotiation tactics to close deals
  • Perform follow-up/rehashing with a sense of urgency
  • Utilize a metrics driven rehash approach to close sales leads
  • Prepare plan for the following day by pulling tickets and calls of the day through closing
  • Pull service tickets from yesterday and calls ran after closing to update the days plan
  • Partner with Comfort Consultants on their sales leads follow-up status
  • Review existing calls that need attention from prior day
  • Review Summary of Findings and present it along with your daily plan to manager
  • Attend meetings with Service and Sales Teams understanding wins, challenges, and goals
  • Document all activity for inside sales rehashing in the CRM system on a real-time basis
  • Set and meet sales goals and objects set by leadership


What a successful candidate will bring:

  • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, via phone preferred
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the product and/or service for the customer
  • Proven ability to improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
  • Experience with persuading and influencing others

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $20.00 and the monthly commission plan is based on a percent of revenue. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good-faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
