What YOU will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential HVAC service installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations

Who YOU Are:

• 1-3 year experience as an installer
• Completion of HVAC trade school, EPA certified preferred
• Able to pass background and drug test

PAY TRANSPARENCY:   

The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $17 - $25. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good-faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
